Hapkido is a Korean Balance Taking Art.
It includes Breathing, Balance Taking, Joint Locks, Throws, & Hand and Foot Techniques.
I teach a non-competitive class that stresses working toward one's own personal best.
The classes are Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday from 4:45 PM to 5:55 PM at The Silver City Rec Center off of Gold.
