For the weekend, beginning Friday, July 23, 2010 at 4:00 pm and ending Monday, July 26, 2010 at 8:00 am officers of the Silver City Police Department responded to 63 calls for service and had 100 self initiated activity, issued 52 citations, and made 9 arrests, including 1 for DWI.

Included in the above calls for service are, 0 Homicide, 4 Burglaries, 0 Larcenies, 2 Criminal Damage to Property, 0 Breaking and Entering, 0 Injuring or Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, and 1 Graffiti, 3 Accident with Property Damage, 0 Accident with Injuries, 3 fight call, 8 Domestic Violence call.
